I enjoy cooking outdoors during the summer because it is fun and allows me to cook leisurely while enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and green space. I cook on the barbecue, and grill a lot of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Most of our favourite dishes on the barbecue are savoury.
