What My Star Wars Fans Are Up-To This May 4th

Over the years, my children being big Star Wars fans like their father is usually up-to something or another on May 4th like all the Star Wars fans on this day. To show their enthusiasm for Star Wars, they enjoy reading Star Wars related books, build Star Wars themed LEGO, play games or watch Star Wars movies.

Toys Especially for Spiderman Fans

Hasbro has toys especially made for Spiderman fans. They have a product line just for preschoolers and “big boys”, which is sure to be enjoyed by our little ones. "Big boys" will enjoy the Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie inspired Slash Gauntlet Spider-Man toy, which has a small figure where the Gauntlet connects to Spider-Man's arm and extends twin blades. These toys have made my family and I excited about watching The Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie :)

Perfuming Our Home With Lampe Berger Paris

When our surroundings smell good, it feels refreshing and gives all of us a positive feeling. This is especially true when we walk into our home, or sit down to relax. I like lightning incense, candles and spray perfumes in my home all the time. Recently I got to experience Lampe Berger to perfume our home. My family and I are enjoying the fragrance that is emitted when the Lampe Berger is on. I chose the Dreams of Flowers Miss Violet fragrance that can be used in any Lampe Berger. 

The Craft of Kirigami: Birthday Card

I made this birthday card for my daughter by cutting the green Baroque swirls-square fold design in the center of this card using the Kirigami paper craft technique. I followed the instructions on the Creating Kirigami book by Carlos N. Molina to cut this intricate design. I have never heard of Kirigami before I saw this book, and was curious to find out what it is about, as I enjoy paper crafts.

Discoverying LEGOLAND Once More and a Giveaway

My family and I went to LEGOLAND exactly after a year :) and found it still to be fun and exciting. It was crowded during our visit and we had to wait in line for almost everything, regardless it was still fun. Not much has changed during the past year, except for a few things that we enjoyed. We liked the lights in the MINILAND changing to reflect how beautiful the Toronto landscape looks at night. We also enjoyed watching a different LEGO movie about knights and princess.
