Disney on Ice Let’s Party

Disney on Ice Let’s Party highlighted a variety of celebrations from around the world. Mickey and Minnie travelled to places like Brazil, Japan, China, Hawaii to celebrate many occasions such as Valentines, carnivals, festivals and more. They started off with an “unbirthday party” because it was not anyone’s birthday. Alice, Mad Hatter and other Clubhouse friends joined the party.

Happy National Craft Month everyone :) I enjoy doing a variety of different crafts because it is fun and a good way to add personalized decor in our home or give as gifts. I also like learning new ones, and have been curious to do quilting and needle felting. I have done some projects that closely fall into quilting, but never did the full process of placing the batting etc. I checked out some inspiring needle crafting books 1 2 3 Quilt and Sewing for All Seasons, which has wonderful projects to get us started. I also got the Woolbuddies book to learn and try the hobby of needle felting.

I like Story Panda books that make children think and learn to write books. The stories and drawings open up dialogue, and spark creative writing when children write their own stories on the create mode option. Since the images are drawn in a simple way and the pictures are repetitious it motivates children to draw their own pictures and make up stories. There is also an option to share the stories children write with family and friends.

My family and I had an awesome time watching Disney Frozen during the December holidays, when we all felt "frozen" because of the ice storm. Here is our thoughts about the movie. We enjoyed watching the movie again at home, and had lots of fun. This a movie that can be watched over and over again. You can own a copy of the movie when it releases on Blu-ray combo pack on March 18th.
