I am big fan of watching TV shows and movies that are inspired by books, and there are lots! When I surf Netflix looking for something we can watch, I lean towards a movie or show that is inspired by books.

Acrylic Painting Step by Step written by Wendy Jelbert, Carole Massey, and David Hyde is a book that inspires us to paint landscapes and flowers. The book gives lots of explantations about materials, techniques, compositions that we can use. This informative book will help those who enjoy painting and those who want to learn how to paint. My children and I did three paintings inspired by this book.

I made this knitting needle holder to keep my knitting needles and other knitting tools organized, so I can easily find what I am looking for. This allows me to store all my knitting tools in one place without it taking up lots of space. 

Our Favourite Banana Bread in a Loaf Pan

I made our favourite banana bread, with an addition of sweetened desiccated coconut and chocolate chips in this Trudeau's structure loaf pan. This structure loaf pan is perfect to make bread cakes and meat loaves. Although, making this banana bread recipe in a loaf pan takes a little longer about 30 minutes, than if I were to make it in a muffin pan, I like that using this structure loaf pan cooks the cake evenly and releases the cake easily. I don't have to put parchment paper when I use this loaf pan.
