Cleaner Air with Dyson Pure Cool Link

Dyson Pure Cool Link
We love using products in our home that uses smart technology. From keyless options to remotely operating our thermostat and lights in our home, we enjoy smart technology. We have been using and loving the experience of the Dyson Pure Cool Link. It is an amazing machine to clean allergens out of the air in our home. If you are like us and have dust and seasonal allergies this machine will be handy to have.

The machine uses activated carbon and 360-degree glass HEPA filter that is pleated over 200 times to trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 micron that include pollen, dust, smells, chemicals, spores, smoke, bacteria, viruses, industrial and auto emissions, and ultra fine particles. This machine designed in England helps keep these pollutants trapped inside the filter without releasing it back into the air.

The filter needs to be changed around once a year when the fan is run for 12 hours a day. When it is time for a filter change the app notifies us.

I like that the machine is lightweight so we can easily move it around. Assembling the Dyson Pure Cool Link, as well as downloading the app and setting it up on iOS and Android devices is quite easy.

Using the new Dyson Link App, we can remotely monitor the real time indoor air quality via our smartphone - even if we are out of the house. The three sensors in the machine detects the indoor air quality level, as well as temperature and humidity level. We set it to automatic, which allows our Dyson Pure Cool™ Link to monitor, react, and purify then report it to the Dyson Link App. We just wish that this app is Apple Homekit enabled, so we can control this appliance with voice command.

It has a Stand-by on and off button, Airflow control, Oscillation on and off button, Auto mode, Sleep timer, and Night mode that can be operated using the remote control or our smartphone.

I like that the machine does not make too much noise even when it operates at its highest setting, and the oscillation is smooth. Watch the above video to see the gradual increase in the noise level when we increase the setting from 1 to 10. We like using the Night Mode setting and leaving the Dyson on in the background because this mode is the quietest and the LED display is dimmed. The Dyson Pure Cool Link can be used all year long as a purifier or a cooling fan in warmer months.

Once we started using it, we noticed the difference in the air quality in our home, and we are happy that we were able to start controlling both the air quality and temperature. We can see the air quality history and start the fan remotely or on a schedule to clean up the air.

According to studies by the Environmental Protection Agency it states that the inside of our homes can be five times more polluted than the air outside. I think this is a good reason for how useful this machine is. Dyson Pure Cool Link is available as a tower and as a desk purifier. It is available in two different colours - blue and grey, and can be purchased online and retail stores.

  11. I love Dyson products, such clever machines and very futuristic looking too. I'm sure we all have far too much dust floating around our homes and it has a lot to do with the air vents and air circulation for the heating. I never seem to be able to get rid of the dust so this would be a fantastic machine to have.
