Barbecuing With Blue Dragon

As a #BlueDragonMom, I have enjoyed experimenting a variety of dishes using Blue Dragon products that my family and I enjoyed. I have used the products to make a variety of dishes to celebrate the Chinese New Year, make dishes inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, had it part of our regular meals, and also tried their products on the barbecue.

I made a skillet peach fruit crisp on the barbecue to go along with a delicious homemade coconut milk ice cream. I used the Blue Dragon coconut milk and made this flavourful ice cream, which only requires 3 ingredients.
I also barbecued a fish wrapped in banana leaf with the Blue Dragon Thai curry paste. A heads-up this barbecued fish will only be enjoyed by fish fans :)
For the Barbecue Fish you will need...
Snapper fish
Thai green curry paste
Banana leaf
Foil
Clean and wash the fish. Score the fish and put the Thai green curry paste all over the fish on both sides and inside.

Barbecue at 350F for 8 minutes, then flip the fish package and barbecue for another 10 minutes. Wrapping the fish in banana leaf then the foil will reduce the fishy smell when it is cooking and also give the fish a delicious taste.
The fish is done when it comes out of the bones easily.
Contest:
BlueDragon will be giving away a package full of Blue Dragon products to five lucky winners in Canada on their Facebook page until July 26th so you too can experience how Easy the East can be.
