Our Fabulous Experience Watching Stars on Ice

We had an awesome time watching Stars on Ice at the Air Canada Centre. We enjoy watching figure staking on TV, but haven't watched a live-performance of Stars on Ice before so it was a wonderful treat for us, especially my daughter as it was the night before her birthday. We enjoyed the show and meeting/greeting the stars at the after party.

The beautiful artistic performance, songs, lighting, dancing, skating of the talented group of stars was very lively and kept us excited the whole time.

We enjoyed watching the single and group performances of Kurt Browning, Patrick Chan, Ashley Wagner, Jeffrey Buttle, Shawn Sawyer and Joannie Rochette.

The couple performances by Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir, Meagan Duhamel & Eric Radford, and Sinead & John Kerr were amazing too.

We saw awesome tricks

Beautiful costumes

Cool special effects of the rain - Kurt Browning

I am glad Jergens Canada sponsored us to attend the event. We enjoyed hearing familiar songs
i.e. Caro Emerald's That Man

Caterpillar turning into a butterfly - Shawn Sawyer.

We enjoyed the funny performance by Javier Fernandez.

Spending the evening after the show meeting and talking with the stars.
My daughter recognized Ashley Wagner from the Sports Illustrated Kids magazine, and was happy to say hi and take pictures with her.

We got to see how the Lindt chocolates were made at the after party, it is very neat :)

Check out when Stars on Ice will be in your town, it is an awesome experience you don't want to miss.

  2. I really really really need to take my kids to one of these shows soon!! I have such fond memories of my parents taking me as a child. Between the lights and the action on the ice, it's unbelievably awesome family entertainment.

  5. It's not just about the online experience anymore, so much more going on. Although judging from your experience, you would have had a great time even if it was only the skating. What a great bunch of Sponsors, so generous. I LOVE skating and would have had a blast. Thanks so much for letting me feel like I was there.
