I have been using Fresh Vintage Farms Cold-Pressed Walnut Oil and Almond Oil in a variety of our meals. They add flavour to the food without overpowering it!
The smooth, nutty flavour of these oils enhances the dishes. I have been using them for sautéing, roasting, baking, and drizzling over salads. I like that we can taste the flavour of the oil- especially when dipping bread into it or drizzling it over salads. The almond oil with the garlic has a delicious flavour; it's wonderful when used for sautéing and roasting.
I also appreciate the added health benefits of using these oils. Fresh Vintage Farms Walnut Oil is heart-healthy and brain-boosting, as it is rich in omega-3s and antioxidants. The Almond Oil is rich in vitamins B, P, and E, and it also contains antioxidants that are heart-healthy.

Radish Stir-Fry
I have used these oils in a variety of dishes, including this side dish made using garden harvested radish leaves.
To make this, you will need:
- Radish leaves and radish
- Grated fresh coconut
- Almond oil with garlic
- Salt
- Chili flakes
- Turmeric
Chop the leaves and radish if using. Massage the leaves with the oil, spices, and coconut. Heat a pan and stir-fry the mixture until the leaves are cooked and most of the water has evaporated. Be sure not to cook off all the natural moisture, or it will become dry. It should take less than five minutes on medium-high heat.

Fresh Vintage Farms
These oils are handcrafted on a family farm in Central Valley, California, using nuts grown in California. They come in 375 ml thick glass bottles, which help preserve the oil and protect it from oxidation. Instead of plastic caps, the company uses easy-to-open cork lids made from Western Mediterranean cork oak trees.
