Miracle-Gro Flower Magic Adds Colour To Our Garden

When the signs of spring finally arrived about a couple of weeks ago, my husband and I started thinking about our summer gardening. We usually draw out a plan on what we want in our garden each year, and how we want the layout out to be. We try to make our garden look a little different each year and plant a variety of vegetables, fruits and flowers. When planning we take into consideration the things we learned from gardening books, about different types of plants, what suits best in our garden, which produce and flowers we want to try, mistakes from the past years and more.
This year we got to know about the NEW Miracle-Gro® flower magic™ that can be used directly on the ground or in containers. We sprinkled some of these seeds in our flowerbeds, borders and also in large flowerpots to add colour and spark to the garden, as it requires minimal maintenance. The first picture on this post is the status of what has happened in 2 weeks of putting the seeds. We are happy that we put these annual flower seeds and God willingly look forward to enjoy its colours in the upcoming weeks.

With the Miracle-Gro® flower magic™ we can grow a beautiful flower garden in six weeks and three simple steps; Shake, Water and Grow without the need for digging or tending, so we can spend less time tending the garden and more time enjoying it. The 1kg jug of flower seed mix covers approximately 4 square meters, and has an array of flowers blooming at different times throughout the season. This will give our garden an ever-changing display of fresh, colourful flowers that have a constant vibrant, new and exciting look all summer-long.
How it works to give a gorgeous garden in six weeks. There is a unique blend of premium annual flower seeds and shredded coir compost or coconut fibre to help protect seeds during germination. Miracle-Gro flower magic turns light brown to let you know exactly when to water the seeds and dark brown to let you know when you’ve watered enough. The coir compost expands to retain moisture and protect the seeds while the slow release plant food nourishes the seedlings for up to four months.

Miracle-Gro flower magic is best applied between late April and early June, or after the last frost of the season. Flower shoots will begin to appear after two weeks, but be patient; flowers start to appear after approximately 6 weeks depending on rainfall and temperature. After that, you’ll enjoy an ever-changing display of blooms throughout the season. Choose an area with moist soil that gets plenty of direct sunlight. Sprinkle the mix lightly and evenly over the soil. The small round plant food granules can be seen around 1.5 cm apart when applied correctly. The soil should not be completely covered, as seeds need space to germinate and grow. Do not over-apply, as only one application is required.

Miracle-Gro flower magic is available in two colourful varieties: Multicolour Mix features up to 29 different flower seed species, and Pink and White Mix features up to 16 flower seed species. Miracle-Gro flower magic will be available at leading home improvement centres including Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Rona and Lowes; major retailers such as Loblaws, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Target and Costco stores; as well as independent gardening centres for $15.99.
