Decorating Eggs and Celebrating the Joy of Spring with Kinder

Everyone in my family loves spring! Although, we don't celebrate Easter we enjoy decorating eggs, and each year I like to explore different techniques. My children join me during this craft/ science activity. This year, we explored the Ukrainian method of painting eggs called pysanky. This Eastern European art of egg decorating is similar to batik, and the method requires the use of wax and dye.
To do this technique we need special tools and methods, more about it on this post. Here are other methods of decorating eggs from the past years we have tried and enjoyed using fuzzy shapes and stickers, easy tie dye method, melted crayon, and puffy paint.

Share the Joy with Kinder®
This year instead of hiding real eggs for egg hunts, why not hide Kinder eggs. They have a variety of Kinder eggs that come in an Egg Hunt Kit like in the above picture. I am sure children will be very excited to find each and every one of the chocolate eggs.
Kinder® has partnered with Children’s Miracle Network and will be provide 12 baskets to CMN hospitals. Kinder® will also be donating another $25,000 to help support this non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for children’s hospitals across North America.

Kinder® Hunt Eggstravaganza Facebook Contest

Kinder® is giving their Facebook fans a chance to win their own Easter basket kit. Kinder® will be giving away one basket each day to a lucky winner on April 8, 10 and 12.
