Handpicked potatoes from the farm and potato side dish

We handpicked these beautiful red potatoes in the Summer this year. The potato covered ground had an earthy smell that we loved. It was a lot of fun to choose fresh potatoes off the ground.
My children enjoyed rubbing and cleaning the soil from the potatoes.
potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried parsley

I sautéed the potatoes in the oil. Then steamed cooked the potatoes with salt in low heat tightly covered until it was well cooked. I added dried parsley and served it hot.
