Handpicked potatoes from the farm and potato side dish

We handpicked these beautiful red potatoes in the Summer this year.  The potato covered ground smelled lovely :)  It was lots of fun for us to choose fresh potatoes off the ground.

My children enjoyed rubbing and cleaning the soil off the potatoes.

potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried parsley

I sautéed the potatoes in the oil.  Then steamed cooked the potatoes with salt in low heat tightly covered until it was well cooked.  I added dried parsley and served it hot.
