We enjoy having the option of downloading Netflix shows, and taking it with us when we are on-the-go! It totally helps us pack light when travelling - no need to take along DVDs! The Canadian Museum of History with its dramatic, curved lines designed by Canadian Aboriginal architect Douglas Cardinal is considered one of the most striking architectural masterpieces of the 20th century. This museum is a wealth of knowledge, as it presents the national narrative of the history of Canada and its people. 

Exploring Gatineau while Staying at KOA

We chose to stay at the Cardinal, Ottawa South KOA during our road trip from Toronto towards Ottawa, Outaouais, and the Laurentians. Staying at the KOA deluxe cabin made it comfortable to relax, play, and make our meals leisurely before heading further into our trip. We love that the KOA locations are close to the highway making it easy to stay and explore the area.

Microsoft Celebrates #Canada150 Through #ExploreTeachBuild

Microsoft's #ExploreTeachBuild challenge celebrates Canada's 150th anniversary of confederation through a series of educational opportunities that students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 across Canada can engage in. Students can connect with a tour guide from national heritage sites and engage in real-time through Skype Virtual Field Trips, use Minecraft: Education Edition to re-create Canada's historical sites and submit their creations into a national collection and win prizes. The student created collection will be featured globally on July 1st 2017 on Microsoft Canada's 150 National Sway.

Pure Leaf Tea

During our visits to Sri Lanka, a country famous for its exceptional tea, we have had the pleasure to visit tea plantations. The landscapes in these regions are memorable and beautiful. I have seen the plantation workers hard at work during the heat of the day hand-picking every leaf that we enjoy. Most of the workers I have seen doing this tedious work are women. As tea-lovers, we have been indulging the delicious, different flavours of Pure Leaf tea.

Toronto International Boat Show

It was exciting to see the Ricoh Coliseum transformed to the world's largest indoor lake when went to this year's Toronto International Boat Show. 

Indoor Fun at Chuck E. Cheese

My children and we enjoy visiting Chuck E. Cheese, and find it a wonderful place to go when we are looking for a place to go have fun indoors. There are lots of Chuck E. Cheese's locations in the U.S. and Canada with fun age appropriate arcade games.

Our thoughts on the 2017 Mazda3

We enjoyed driving the Soul Red Metallic Mazda3 that has an impressive exterior and interior design. We like the smooth design and safety features of the Mazda3 and feel it is a wonderful everyday vehicle.
