Soft Boiled Eggs and Ramen Fusion Cookbook Giveaway
With a new year comes many reminders for us to make new resolutions! However, I like making goals and resolutions throughout the year. Incorporating meals from different cuisines is an exciting way to start of 2016, so I explored Ramen dishes from Japanese cuisine. I learned a lot about these dishes from the DK Ramen Fusion Cookbook by Nell Benton and from watching The Mind of a Chef Season 1 Episode 1 on Netflix.

Sparkle Handmade Holiday Cards
It is fun to make our own homemade holiday cards to give our loved ones. To make this Holiday card, I used my Brother ScanNCut to cut out happy holidays and the snowflake. Then I used the Craft Twinkles Writer to frame and add sparkle to the card.

We love going to watch Disney On Ice during the winter holidays. We first watched Disney on Ice Dare to Dream in 2012, when my children were younger. We were excited to watch the show again, as much as we were 4 years ago.
