We built another birdhouse for our garden and painted the three sides inspired by beautiful places we visited in in Eastern Canada.
For this project you will need
a wooden birdhouse
pencil
acrylic paint
brushes
varnish
First using a pencil, sketch the planned drawing on all three sides of the birdhouse.
Do a first base coat on the drawings with acrylic paint.
Layer the paint after each coat dries to create dimensional effects.
Once the paint dries completely, spray or apply varnish. This will help the painting to withhold the weather and stay vibrant and last a few years.
This side is inspired by the lighthouses in Eastern Canada.
This side of the bird house is inspired by Green Gables in Prince Edward Island; it is a side with a garden.
This side of the bird house is inspired by the many picturesque fishing villages.
