Staying at Sheraton on the Falls for the Holidays

During our visit to the Fallsview Waterpark, we enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton on the Falls in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This modern 4-diamond hotel within the Falls Avenue Resort gives the best view of both the American and Horseshoe falls that we have ever seen from a hotel at Niagara Falls!

We love the features of the room we stayed at during our visit. There is a roomy bathroom with a tub and a television, the most comfortable beds, a television that can be enjoyed by relaxing on the bed, a desk to get some work done, Wi-Fi, cozy electric fireplace, a comfy corner chair, a mini-fridge, coffee machine, and other standard hotel amenities. 

Our favourite feature was having the floor-to-ceiling window that we can open out to feel the fresh breeze and take pictures of the falls without any obstructions. 

We found the resort clean and the staff friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more special. There is underground parking, as well as valet parking, which is wonderful especially in winter.  

While at the Sheraton, we enjoyed a lot of time at the Waterpark because it has direct indoor access. We had fun going for walks to enjoy the beauty of Niagara Falls during the day and night, as well as checking out attractions close by to the hotel such as the Hershey's Chocolate World. Since the hotel is right in the corner of Falls Avenue and Clifton Hills there is so much to do! 

We loved the atmosphere inside the hotel and the lobby area, as it felt very festive and was decorated for the holidays - our children were amazed by the large gingerbread house. We love how lively the hotel was throughout the day, a wonderful place to make memories. 

It was fun to see Niagara Falls at different times of the day from the hotel room; especially the illuminated night lights as they change colour. 

We think it is a memorable experience to visit Niagara Falls anytime of the year - especially in winter with the festive lights. It is lots of fun for everyone in the family to stay inside a cozy room at Sheraton on the Falls and watch the beautiful Winter Festival Lights by the fireplace and enjoy the view through the floor-to-ceiling window.
