Decorative Vase Using DecoArt Glass Paint Marker

I love using DecoArt Glass Paint Markers. With some imagination these smooth flowing, quality fine-tip markers can be used for a variety of things. It is easy to use the markers to personalize gifts,  decorate, and create unique pieces of art. The markers have a glossy finish and it is available in 14 vibrant colours. I tried the Black, Fuchsia, Brown, Green, Gold, Silver, and Turquoise. It is simple to use the markers, all we have to do is shake it up, remove the cap, and initially press down on the tip for the ink to flow to the tip before decorating.
When using on ceramic products, if you want the paint on to have added durability and to be dishwasher safe, it is recommended that you bake the finished product in a 325 or 375 oven for about 45 minutes to one hour. While using it is easy to clean up this non-toxic paint with soap and water while it is wet. There are lots of tips on the Decor Art page on how to use these markers and other glass stain products that I found helpful.

For this vase project I used
One plain glass vase
Rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner
Paper towels
DecoArt Glass Paint Markers in Black, Fuchsia, Brown, Green, Gold, Silver, and Turquoise
How to do the project
You can use either rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner to clean the vase before decorating.
Use a Paper towel to clean the vase.

Once the glass is clean use the DecoArt Glass Paint Markers to draw and paint on the vase. I found it was helpful to hold the vase by putting the hand inside.
I let the vase dry in the sun before using.
These markers are perfect to use on glass, ceramic, porcelain, and metal. I am looking forward to use these markers for many more crafts!
