Paintings We Did Inspired by the Acrylic Painting Step by Step Book

Acrylic Painting Step by Step written by Wendy Jelbert, Carole Massey, and David Hyde is a book that inspires us to paint landscapes and flowers. The book gives lots of explantations about materials, techniques, compositions that we can use. This informative book will help those who enjoy painting and those who want to learn how to paint. My children and I did three paintings inspired by this book.

This painting was done with two main colours red and yellow and brown for the tree, which was an example of landscape in the book.
This bouquet and garden paintings were also examples in this book. We are using these paintings to decorate our recently painted children's room.

  2. This is great. When my kids were little, they used to think I was quite the artist LOL As they got older, they learned it wasn't true, but with this, perhaps even I could learn with my grandson!
