Beaded bracelets and Kinder® Surprise®

I am excited to be a #Kindermom and happy to be part of a loved treat. Kinder® Surprise® has been well known for over 30 years. They are relaunching in Canada with over 70 new toys for the 2012 collection. The toys are going to be bigger, better, and more playful. The chocolate will remain to be made the same way, in peanut and gluten free facility with high quality cocoa, real sugar and visible milky lining.
Children grow up fast and so do we :) so taking the time from our busy lives and playing with them is quite important. As a mom, I believe trying to find time and playing with our children is very important. Doing something we love with children is the best thing. We will remember these fun moments as beautiful memories.
My children love to do crafts and painting with me. I also bake and cook with them. Whenever I get a chance, I ask them to help me mix something, measure, knead or roll. They love this and I sometimes have them sticking around the kitchen the whole time waiting for me to ask for their help. When I am busy, the children play with their dad. They enjoy a ball game or help around the backyard to pick up leaves, water the plants with him or play with sand.
I love that Kinder® thinks of families and the importance of quality time and about making memories. It is a perfect way to spend time together to share the chocolate and build the little toy together. The toys are wonderful for children over 3 years. Like with everything when small children are around supervision is important. The packaging of Kinder® Surprise® with the chocolate and a toy makes it easy to choose for a treat or a gift, we all know chocolate and toys put a smile on every child and adult.
Here is a simple activity to do with children. All you need is pipe cleaners and beads that fit through easily. Beading these bracelets will help with fine motor skills, counting, patterning and recognizing colours.
I like the idea of having it as a temporary bracelet, so the children can try out different patterns. These bracelets can also be made into a jewellery by using a glue gun, tape or securing the ends of the pipe cleaners and wrapping a decorative cloth around it.
Enjoy!
